If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a refund request, please email us at hello@oceanicorganics.co with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll review your request and provide any next steps as quickly as possible.

Once your refund is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
